Two weeks ago I received email from you with demand to send you the front and back copies of my credit cards I've used to deposit within the last 4 months. These credit cards are not physical (there are no plastic at all), but virtual. So, it seems to me impossible to do it. How to make a copy of something that doesn't exist???

I understand you need confirmation that credit cards are mine. So, I send you screenshots from online banking with information concerning these credit cards (cardholder name, card number, expire date).

Hi , I thought I would report on the latest bugs I experienced since the latest changes have been implemented with the new HUD.
I am using the Android phone version.

Depending on the number of seats at a table, you cannot click on all the player's little orange circle vpip number, to get to their stats or to click through to add an "animal" note.
It changes depending on 6 max, 8 , 9 , what positions are blocked.

Also you cannot see the chip totals of anyone absent, like you used to before the change.

Thanks listening , and for your upgrades, the software has definately improved a lot over time.

There is an ongoing war in my country, with an active phase being a full-scale invasion since 2022. However, that is not the main point. I wanted to go through the account verification process and reached out to support. They informed me about the required documents and what I needed to do. For someone who hasn’t experienced these conditions and events, it can be difficult to understand the challenges faced when hastily leaving home and fleeing an occupied territory.

My verification process took some time, and one of the issues was that I was unable to provide a utility bill as proof of my residence. This is indeed a problem because I do not rent accommodation — I am provided shelter, and no one can issue such documents.

I did not receive any response to my inquiries to support regarding the account blockage. Now, even though the war is not over, I have managed to improve my situation and have written to support asking either to reactivate my account and complete the verification process to meet security requirements or to allow me to create a new account and verify it accordingly.

Could you please tell me what the likelihood is of receiving a favorable response or any response at all? 888poker was one of the first rooms where I started my poker career. I enjoyed the various tournament formats, and I built my bankroll from scratch.
