Hello, I am posting this to ask for help from anyone that can help me get in touch with someone from 888. I have been playing on 888 for many years now, have reached level 156 and have made several withdrawals over the years BUT last month my withdraw request did not go through for some reason. I was told to email [email protected] which I did 3 weeks ago and again 2 weeks ago but did not receive a response either time. I then tried to use their online live chat to get help a couple of times last week but after waiting for around 30 minutes, I could only kept getting the following blue circle.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my withdrawal request at 888 casino Ontario.

I made a few withdrawals between Feb 17, 2025 ($7150), Feb 20, 2025 (91000), and Feb23,2025($24.38) for the total amount of $ 98,174.38 CAD.

$3800 goes to my account on Feb 18, 2025, by e-transfer the very next day of my first withdraw($7150). Which they still owe me $98174.38-$3800= $94374.38cad.

Then the nightmare starts…

On Feb 20, 2025, I received an email from the 888.ca department for credit card documents, which I submitted to them. Then, on Feb 25, 2025, I received another email saying they required more bank statements and some other documents, and I sent all the documents they needed on the same day. On Feb 26, I got an email that said I forwarded the document to our relevant department… two days later, I was been told my account was successfully verified.

Then just started keep waiting… During this period, I sent a few emails and talked to the live chat regarding my withdrawals, like how long will that complete? Just all the same answer says we will get back within 72 hours, but they never respond after many, many 72 hours…

I mean, this is just ridiculous. I was been really patient, but 888.ca treats customers like fools. Never tried to resolve this issue and just kept saying they had already passed the case to the relevant department…

I mean, I have contacted customer support numerous times, and each time, I am told that my case will be expedited to the relevant team. Despite these assurances, I have not received any updates or emails regarding the status of my withdrawals. This delay has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.

It’s over 3 weeks since my withdrawal, and I am a VIP customer on both GG and 888.ca, but have never had an issue with GG even for bigger amount of withdrawal, I mean 888.ca never really care about the customer. This is unacceptable for a high-roller player…

On March 7, 2025. I talked to live agent and was told my withdraw was processed and I expect to receive the money within 3-5 business days through wire transfer.

On March 9,2025, I received a email again for my bank documents which I already submit many times already and says need to verify my account( the live chat agent confirmed my account was already been verified 2 weeks before), now they just keep playing game front and back on me). Then I talked to a live agent who’s name is Harwell, I told him the withdraw make me so tired, I literally spend time everyday to go through this issue, really cause mental issue and can’t sleep well). And you know what happend? Harwell disabled my account without notice me and then I can’t even log in to my account… this is just ridiculous…

On March 7, 2025, I was been told my withdraw was under processed and I should expect receive my fund within 3-5business days. Dear Support Team,

I am from Ukraine, and I have a small question for a representative of 888poker. I may be mistaken about the dates, but towards the end of 2024, my account on 888poker was blocked without explanation.

There is an ongoing war in my country, with an active phase being a full-scale invasion since 2022. However, that is not the main point. I wanted to go through the account verification process and reached out to support. They informed me about the required documents and what I needed to do. For someone who hasn’t experienced these conditions and events, it can be difficult to understand the challenges faced when hastily leaving home and fleeing an occupied territory.

My verification process took some time, and one of the issues was that I was unable to provide a utility bill as proof of my residence. This is indeed a problem because I do not rent accommodation — I am provided shelter, and no one can issue such documents.

I did not receive any response to my inquiries to support regarding the account blockage. Now, even though the war is not over, I have managed to improve my situation and have written to support asking either to reactivate my account and complete the verification process to meet security requirements or to allow me to create a new account and verify it accordingly.

Could you please tell me what the likelihood is of receiving a favorable response or any response at all? 888poker was one of the first rooms where I started my poker career. I enjoyed the various tournament formats, and I built my bankroll from scratch.

I'm trapped and I don't know how to get out of it.

Two weeks ago I received email from you with demand to send you the front and back copies of my credit cards I've used to deposit within the last 4 months. These credit cards are not physical (there are no plastic at all), but virtual. So, it seems to me impossible to do it. How to make a copy of something that doesn't exist???:rolleyes:

I understand you need confirmation that credit cards are mine. So, I send you screenshots from online banking with information concerning these credit cards (cardholder name, card number, expire date).

Guess what email I received next?

I went to do a player-to-player transfer today to an 888 Team pro, who I've made transfers to previously (2024 wsop MainEvent stake), and now the player-to-player transfer feature no longer exists on my account and it's asking me to 're-verify' my acccount. How 'verified' does one need to be? I've played on 888 for 17years, having made MANY deposits along with some withdrawals (& Transfers), but now today I'm being treated like I'm a new account?
fwiw, ALL of the other sites I play on, have had me verify my account ONE time. And ALL of the other sites I play on will send me my $$'s immediately when I request it (it is a big part of why I continue to play on them all).

Why does it feel like 888 tries to weasel it's own customers for small change when in fact it isn't helping them, it is chasing away their business (it's not too difficult to see it happening from players on this forum, and even more apparent when you see the number of players in the games on 888 these days).

Personally I'd LOVE to see 888 do better but I'm actually now considering if I'm given more of a runaround I will likely just abandon my funds on the account (maybe this is what 888 is counting on?)

However, I have another question: I have checked the official website but could not find software for Windows PC. Is there such a program available? Playing on the phone in vertical orientation is fine, but the picture and font size on the PC are a bit small.

Hello. I am asking for your help regarding a deposit made on 03/19/2025, namely 200 Ron, approximately 40 dollars, which did not reach my account on the site and are not found in the bank account either. I specify that the transaction appears as canceled on the site but the money did not reach the bank account. What is happening to my funds? I also sent an email two days ago but no response. I have never had anything like this since I have been playing on this site or any other. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation, I would like to recover my money. The bank said that the money left them and wants a written statement from the site that the money did not reach the site's account.

Unbelievable what is happening on this site, communication is zero. I have been trying to communicate with support for two days and no response. It is still about money. A site in which I had the greatest trust fell to last place due to this deposit incident. I think I will report this incident to the local authorities. As long as I am not given a clear explanation of what happened to the deposited money, but these not exist, it is certainly a scam. The bank that the money was taken , as it appears on the statement, but the site says the transaction was canceled.
