Hi, I once requested my account (Maronza) to be closed around 2023 as I needed to take a break. Is it possible for it to be re opened?
Here was the response i got by that time when i requested it to be opened,

"Ronald, thank you for your honest reply. Please note, we promote safer gambling and we don't any of our Member to experience any difficulties on our site.

Based on your comments, we strongly feel that it is in your best interest to take a break from the games as such your account has been closed under an exclusion status.

I appreciate that this may not be the response you had hoped for; however, I can assure you that this decision was taken with your best interest at heart.

I am done with 888poker. I just wasted 3 weeks trying to straighten out my account (from years ago) and got very little response to my email queries. I found out it was temporarily suspended, so I tried to create a new account ( a suggestion) with a different username and email address, which didn't work. After going to online chat (via the web version - couldn't get to online chat on my computer) the agent said (after an hour) that I would not be able to play on their site. I am done with 888poker.

Since last week's update I can't download the new software. Not with the automatic update before logging in, but by downloading from the website.
I've tried installing it in a different folder, I've also turned off the firewall, but nothing is stopping it.

Go to 888 Poker, in freerolls you will see the Belarusian flag among players, this was the case at first with players from Russia, after that the room blocked the country, then only Russians could not play even through VPN.

I received an email about this on December 24, 2024. I requested the entire withdrawal amount on the same day, but I received an email a few days later saying that the money could not be withdrawn to the visa card, even though I had withdrawn it to this card in June 2024. Then the room requested the documents again. I sent my passport and a bank statement (the VISA card I asked you to withdraw to), you must remember, I asked you several times to tell them that I uploaded the documents. They are showing information that is don't want to be shared with other people.
In particular how much money has been through my account. This is clearly private information. Not public. It's the same as having your bank account open for all to have a look.
Plus the new in game info stats. Has poker on 888 become just a computer game?

Before the country was blocked, I had problems with withdrawals, especially if there was a good amount... This is just a mockery, I also made bank statements, they were not cheap. Good luck !

Hey. I need help with 888poker. I'm so desperate already I don't know what to do.I have a problrm with verification process and i send messages about my problem to this [email protected] and this

[email protected] emails and I have zero answer. Even no automatic messages that they accept my request. I hope here I can get some help. Please. I had many acounts in different rooms but none of them caused me so much troubles with verification. My first account was banned because I tryed to open a link which said that it will give me a bonus on 888poker. I tryed to verificate that acount and get it back but I had wrong addres in my acount and couldn't change it because my aocunt is temporary banned (still banned) and I can not access it. In a month I finaly got an answer from support that if I will send a message with clear statement where I ask to change an addres and I will send a proof of an address they will change it and veerificate my account. I did so and again I have zero answers! I got tyred of waiting and created a new acount and started verification process. My documents was accepted and then I was asked to send last statement from the bank about my addres. After I did it support send me a message that it can not be accepted and I need again send a passport and now an utility bill. But the thing is that: firstly i don't pay any utility bills on my name in that property because my address is just place where I'm registered but I don't own that properrty. Secondly even if I would had utility bill it will be on ukrainian language. Thirdly the goverment changed a name of the street to the recent ukrainian war heroes. So I messged about this to the email addresses that I wrote above but no one answers me nothing. Complete silence. Also Firstly my passport was fine for verification and now again I don't know why my passport is not accepted to((( I'm completely lost and tired of silence and non stop kafka process.
