You probably need to make a small deposit to bring this option back to your withdrawal options if you have not used this method for a while.

@888Rep, Please tell me, how can I contact the support of the room normally regarding the withdrawal of funds? The problem is, 888 Poker left Belarus on December 26, 2024. I received an email about this on December 24, 2024. I requested the entire withdrawal amount on the same day, but I received an email a few days later saying that the money could not be withdrawn to the visa card, even though I had withdrawn it to this card in June 2024. Then the room requested the documents again. I sent my passport and a bank statement (the VISA card I asked you to withdraw to), you must remember, I asked you several times to tell them that I uploaded the documents. If you go into the poker lobby there is a Q mark at the top righthand side and if you click on the Q it will put you through to the help AMANDA and they will help you from there.
That goes for everyone else who needs help.

Ah, so after some research the problem is because of the regulation in my country and that the account was a few years old. So i created a new account and it works. i also contacted 888poker through ther contact option on their website and asked to delete my old account. hope it works

Who told u to create a new account? Why was ur account restricted in the first place?

He used to play regularly, back around 2009-2010.
My guess (from reading his posts & knowing him from back then) is, he just stopped playing online for ~10years.... decides he wants to play again.... logs back in to CC (forgets old account, makes new one but then gets old one renewed) and sees there are games on various sites, some of which he's played on before. Decides he'd like to give it a go. Tries out 888 but then discovers their customer support is a sh1t show, gets frustrated with trying to deal with them and says 'fck it!' (but probably in nicer words).

I can't help but notice that 888 is getting a bad reputation for paying out Withdrawals. Hear so often about the 'verification' B.S. runarounds.
For example:
I have played on 888 since 2007 (17years!). I mostly play cash games albeit micro/low stakes but low volume on 888 although I play maybe 4 times/week.... enough to generate some rake.
I have deposited & withdrawn money on numerous occasions (via skrill).
~2021 I decide to start playing more than I had been for the 5 or so years prior, I make fresh deposits on all sites, including ones where I already have sufficient bankroll as I'm thinking I'll be playing MTTs & more often and want to be sure each account is set up so I can make quick WD's when I choose to.
I play for a bit (cash game still ) & am able to make WD's from every site (except SB).
The ONLY site I received any b.s. was 888poker. They asked me to re-verify my account???????????????? (and then there was the player-to-player transfers I did, hoping to help others out and also thinking I wanted more $$"s in my 888 account for MTT play << what a HUGE fk'n mistake that was! ... and another very scummy & scammy thing they've made as their policy... one that I have no doubt has many players running from their site OR limiting their volume played on there.... (ie. myself). If I had more confidence in their site I would increase my volume ten fold.

Hi , I thought I would report on the latest bugs I experienced since the latest changes have been implemented with the new HUD.
I am using the Android phone version.

Depending on the number of seats at a table, you cannot click on all the player's little orange circle vpip number, to get to their stats or to click through to add an "animal" note.
It changes depending on 6 max, 8 , 9 , what positions are blocked.

Also you cannot see the chip totals of anyone absent, like you used to before the change.

Thanks listening , and for your upgrades, the software has definately improved a lot over time.

Also I miss the "sit and go" format.
Blast is just too short, tourneys too long.
