Hello!

I've recently been trying to withdraw some of my funds from 888Poker, but I'm having trouble.. The website tells me there's no payment method available for my withdrawal. I tried contacting support through the App, but it won't connect. It seems support is down. My account is verified, and I've made deposits and withdrawals in the past. However, both the deposit and withdrawal were made more than 12 months ago. What do I need to do to resolve this?

I wanted to submit a withdrawal request, but it turned out that I had no available withdrawal methods. I have always withdrawn money via skrill for many years and never had any problems. In addition, I have an unprocessed request in my cashier that wasn't there before. I submitted this withdrawal request on August 12, and around August 15, the money was credited to my Skrill account. But it is still listed as unprocessed. Confirmation number: 861248617279.
Please tell your colleagues that this request was successfully completed and I received the money in my Skrill account.
Also, I would like your specialists to activate the withdrawal method that I have always used, i.e., withdrawal to Skrill.

You can make a minimum deposit again and see if that refreshes your withdrawal method which usually does.

I put an electricity bill in my name and sent the proof of address again, and I received a response once again without success with the message from the screenshot below.

I emphasize that I moved to a new city and the app for 888 has the old address, and I cannot change it manually, so obviously it will be different from the proof of residence that I sent. The message in the screenshot says that I could enter a live chat, but that chat does not work for me, so I sent an email today explaining the same thing that I am reporting here. I CANNOT CHANGE THE ADDRESS IN THE APP MANUALLY AND MY PROOF OF RESIDENCE IS CORRECT!

I am discouraged from playing at 888. This is a lack of response from a customer for several years!
Hello @888Rep how are you? I decided to mention you now because I would like to know if there is any specific reason why only my messages are not being answered or if I really needed to make the mention?

I completely agree with you. Just automated messages that can't be answered. @888Rep I've already sent all the CORRECT documentation and again I receive a message telling me to complete the verification that I've already sent all the documents. Disappointing!

Hello, I made a request, but have not received a response:

Why can I no longer use Muchbetter to withdraw funds? The only option is now Wire Transfer, and my bank does not accept international wire transfers. I can still use Muchbetter to deposit, but not withdraw. Im in canada, and my username is edenman1. Please help! Thanks.

There does not seem to be any customer service anymore, and if I cant withdraw there does not seem to be any reason to play anymore. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.

Now, they will advise me to make a deposit using my Skrill, but that won't help, because after the deposit, it won't be available as a withdrawal method. I know this from previous posts by other community members who had exactly the same problem. In particular, the player Rost, who also contacted you in a similar situation and you were able to help him. Here is a link to his post.
Please help me too, tell your colleagues to unblock my Skrill withdrawal method, please.

I’m wondering if it’s still worth wasting my time on the 888Poker platform! Many players can’t withdraw their money, and conditions are imposed that didn’t exist when they first deposited into their 888Poker account! Until I see that players no longer have these problems, I won’t deposit a single $. What do you think? Is it still worth playing on this platform? When you deposit money, they don’t think about money laundering or the other reasons they invoke when you try to withdraw! On pokerstars or GGPoker I’ve never had any issues with withdrawals!
