As for my own issue:



After your action I was contacted promptly and asked for more details. So I gave them and received an answer the next day claiming that the points are on my account. Except if that would have been the case I would have been pushed to the next level (because of these points) and there would have been 5 gold tokens for me to collect.

I sent a follow up message three days ago and clearly they decided simply to ignore it.
I couldn't care less about the points or tokens, but I do care about fairness and doing the right thing.
But how could I trust this site with more important matters since you fail even on trivial things? It is not your fault, you are merely a go between.

Since 888 chooses to ignore me I am happy to return the favour.
The screenshot provided shows only the 50 points that member won, which were credited as 888club points. Could the member provide a screenshot of the 5 Gold Token claim for further checking?

Why this is so hard for you to understand?
If those 50 points had been credited to my account (which they weren't) then I would have had enough points to move to the next level. Since they weren't credited to me my level did not increase. And since that didn't happen I can't collect 5 Gold Tokens which would have been the result of climbing a level up. So naturally I can't take a screenshot of something that is not there yet.

And what is this? My issue has nothing to do with documents. I quoted your reply only because you claimed that it would be the route to live chat. It is not. There is no possibility in the current client to successfully open a live chat.

I think he was just frustrated with the process. He did acknowledge that he understood that you aren't responsible, but I can see how he would be frustrated.

Hi. On 09.09.2025 I have won the 327$ freebie freeroll tournament but I didn't receive the ticket into my account.
I have tried to reach the support to resolve this issue but they always tell me that they sent the ticket to another department and that's all.
Can you please have a look into this ? Thank you !

Currently, many banks in Kazakhstan prefer not to issue physical cards and instead provide digital ones.
You keep asking me to take a photo of my card. I can't do that. It's not physical, it's digital. I sent you all the documents. What else do you want from me?

Why can I no longer use Muchbetter to withdraw funds? The only option is now Wire Transfer, and my bank does not accept international wire transfers. I can still use Muchbetter to deposit, but not withdraw. Im in canada, and my username is edenman1. Please help! Thanks.

888 poker unfortunately does not understand that it is not possible to make deposits and withdrawals to European debit cards, banks block them. The reason is simple, the room operates illegally in many European countries, since it does not pay taxes to these countries.They block Skrill for many people, and for many people this is the only way to withdraw money.They can't help but know this and they're still being stupid, the support service is complete zeros.Players shouldn't get nervous because of this room, there are plenty of other rooms where you can easily withdraw and play. I understand that many of those who complain to you are those who only play freerolls and withdraw free money, without investments.

I'm still having the same problem. A month ago, a transfer of $65 was credited to me with a $5 bank fee, and a deposit was made. I don't know why, but I figure it's crypto. The problem is that Banco Galicia Mex is asking me for proof of who made the transfer. If 888 Poker tells me to use the same method to withdraw and transfer, why do I have to take responsibility for the withdrawal? They told me I could pay and withdraw through that method. Well, I need proof. I've already submitted documents, proof of card. I just need them to send me a photo of the withdrawal and proof of transfer.

The first two receipts are from the second transfer they made to me and the third is the previous one for which I received the 95. I presented the receipts "I think they are from crypto" the first two and they did not accept them, what should I do then?

I recently moved and spontaneously decided to update my information on the poker sites I play. All the sites accepted and updated my address without any issues except for 888. I only have an internet bill in my name at the new address. Therefore, 888 does not accept my proof of address, and I cannot make withdrawals even with a recent deposit in LUXON. I do not have a contact to whom I can send the proof, and they do not give me any concrete response. ...
I put an electricity bill in my name and sent the proof of address again, and I received a response once again without success with the message from the screenshot below.

I emphasize that I moved to a new city and the App for 888 has the old address, and I cannot change it manually, so obviously it will be different from the proof of residence that I sent. The message in the screenshot says that I could enter a live chat, but that chat does not work for me, so I sent an email today explaining the same thing that I am reporting here. I CANNOT CHANGE THE ADDRESS IN THE APP MANUALLY AND MY PROOF OF RESIDENCE IS CORRECT!

I am discouraged from playing at 888. This is a lack of response from a customer for several years!
