The screenshot provided shows only the 50 points that member won, which were credited as 888club points. Could the member provide a screenshot of the 5 Gold Token claim for further checking?As for my own issue:
After your action I was contacted promptly and asked for more details. So I gave them and received an answer the next day claiming that the points are on my account. Except if that would have been the case I would have been pushed to the next level (because of these points) and there would have been 5 gold tokens for me to collect.
I sent a follow up message three days ago and clearly they decided simply to ignore it.
I couldn't care less about the points or tokens, but I do care about fairness and doing the right thing.
But how could I trust this site with more important matters since you fail even on trivial things? It is not your fault, you are merely a go between.
Since 888 chooses to ignore me I am happy to return the favour.

If those 50 points had been credited to my account (which they weren't) then I would have had enough points to move to the next level. Since they weren't credited to me my level did not increase. And since that didn't happen I can't collect 5 Gold Tokens which would have been the result of climbing a level up. So naturally I can't take a screenshot of something that is not there yet.

The first two receipts are from the second transfer they made to me and the third is the previous one for which I received the 95.
