Just checking you saw my message .Hi 888 rep - i still a havent received any response from my previous complaint despite you passing it on- I received 1 email saying the matter would be looked into but I have no way to reply or have a conversation . Where can i actually complain and it be heard and dealt with? I’m upset that despite making my issue very clear over internal chat that none of these conversations are recorded and my complaint to a basically in the bin . Not once have I ever received an apology recognising the length of time of my complaint - it’s now been well over 9 months and that isn’t even the first time I’ve tried . Could you please explain what you believe to be a reasonable timeframe to be responded to . I’m extremely unhappy with the service that ve received and don’t understand why it’s so hard for 888 support to communicate properly with their clients. I don’t have the same issues whenever I’ve needed to contact any other poker support and they all have emails which can receive emails . What is the email address I’m supposed to be using to talk to support and if there isn’t one , why not. Sorry it’s a bit long winded but I’m super frustrated . I cannot use any other methods of depositing and withdrawing funds. The only method I can use is Skrill. I kindly request that you resolve my issue and unblock my Skrill account.I received a response from customer support.

They know that my Skrill account is blocked and they are offering me alternative ways to withdraw funds, but unfortunately none of these alternative methods are available to me at the moment. I ask you to take the time to address my issue and resolve the problem I am having. I request that you unblock my Skrill withdrawal.
Did you win this in the 888 stream? if so , sometimes they all get credited on a friday or something so just be patient and if it doesnt come through let them know in the stream.
