Hello, I'm from the Dominican Republic. I have an iphone. I've tried downloading the App from the App Store, but it's not available. I've also tried using an Android phone, but that's not possible either. I've also tried downloading it through Google APK, but that's not possible either. Are there any restrictions in my country? I'm very interested in joining 888poker. Thank you in advance.

Support specialists wrote that my Skrill account is blocked. But this is not true. My Skrill account is not blocked, I receive payments from other sites. The problem is only with one site, your site.
In addition, your specialists are not taking into account the fact that on 21 July, I already made a deposit from my Skrill account, and I did so precisely in order to activate the Skrill withdrawal method.
The problem has not been resolved, so I am asking you to help me solve it.

Hi, I played on 888Poker a long time ago. I recently downloaded the app again. Do you have any idea, for Canadian player, does it only work in Ontario? I live in Quebec and got a message that 888 only works in Ontario. Thanks!

They told you your Skrill account has been blocked so where did you make your deposit to?
On 22 July, I made a deposit using the Skrill payment system, and the payment went through without any problems.

The current status of my request is: "Awaiting process".

The .ca version of the platform is only available to players physically located in Ontario. That’s likely why the member received a message stating that 888 only works there.
Players in Quebec can still access the international version of 888poker, but it won’t be through the Ontario-specific app.

Hi 888 rep - i still a havent received any response from my previous complaint despite you passing it on- I received 1 email saying the matter would be looked into but I have no way to reply or have a conversation . Where can i actually complain and it be heard and dealt with? I’m upset that despite making my issue very clear over internal chat that none of these conversations are recorded and my complaint to a basically in the bin . Not once have I ever received an apology recognising the length of time of my complaint - it’s now been well over 9 months and that isn’t even the first time I’ve tried . Could you please explain what you believe to be a reasonable timeframe to be responded to . I’m extremely unhappy with the service that ve received and don’t understand why it’s so hard for 888 support to communicate properly with their clients. I don’t have the same issues whenever I’ve needed to contact any other poker support and they all have emails which can receive emails . What is the email address I’m supposed to be using to talk to support and if there isn’t one , why not. Sorry it’s a bit long winded but I’m super frustrated . I received a message from customer support stating that my Skrill account had been blocked and advising me to contact Skrill's customer support.
I contacted them with this question. Here is a screenshot.

Unfortunately, they replied in Russian, but here is the translation:

"Dear Olena Martsynovska,

Thank you for contacting Skrill customer support.

Your account is not blocked and there are no restrictions on receiving payments. We recommend that you check the sender's website again to clarify the situation.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know.

As I said, there is no problem with my Skrill account. It is not blocked, as claimed by 888 support specialists.
Moreover, I made another deposit today, and the transaction went through without any problems. Here is a screenshot.

Can you give an update on the above? Are you able to deposit with visa, Luxonpay or neteller then? If you do that, would Visa, Luxonpay or Neteller then show up as a withdrawal method?


Has anyone else had an issue similar to the poster with the skrill or neteller where depositing with it does not reactivate skrill or neteller to show up as a withdrawal method?

To those who use Neteller or Skrill as a deposit and withdraw method, say you use neteller as your primary deposit and withdraw method, if you went and deposited with skrill or luxonpay, are you able to have skrill or luxonpay show up as a withdraw option after depositing with that method? I was told by 888 that skrill would show up as a withdraw option after depositing with it but I want to know if others here can confirm this is true?

My primary deposit and withdraw method has been with Neteller and I had deposited with Neteller again so it would make Neteller show up as a withdrawal option again but that didn't happen. I was told my Neteller is blocked which makes no sense since I can use Neteller on other sites. Can others confirm using the other deposit method will make that show up as a withdraw method? I only have wire transfer as my withdraw option. Someone mentioned they have similar issue but their primary method of deposit and withdraw is skrill.

They know that my Skrill account is blocked and they are offering me alternative ways to withdraw funds, but unfortunately none of these alternative methods are available to me at the moment. I ask you to take the time to address my issue and resolve the problem I am having. I request that you unblock my Skrill withdrawal.

Kinda funny. Was trying to get my account opened after 888 closed it even though all did was self exclude for 6 months. They sent me an email asking me to reply to the email, of course it came from a donotreply email address so bounced back.

Given up trying to get my account reactivated, feels dirty that I need to jump though multiple hoops to support 888, just a joke. No issue with you @888, you trying your best, but 888s support is just terrible.

I cannot use Neteller or LuxonPay because I do not have these accounts. To open them, you need a foreign passport, which has expired. I have one active Skrill account. I cannot use a bank card either.

I think you have a problem similar to mine. If my problem is solved in the future, it is quite possible that yours will also have a solution.
