Bronze Level
I have a neteller and skrill account. I use to use Skrill but rarely if ever and use Neteller now. I am usually silver level on Neteller.
I received an email that since there was no activity in my Skrill account for 6 months, that there would be a monthly Inactivity fee. At the time I had less than 5 dollars in my Skrill account. Now it shows my skrill balance is zero and that is due to the inactivity fee that is deducted. The thing that has me confused is does my Skrill account get closed or not? I can still log into it without any issue so not then. I know that if my Skrill balance was say 25 dollars and I don't use it for a long time, then it would deduct 5 dollars every month so then it would get to zero. But since my Skrill account was less than 5 dollars and now it's zero, does that mean they can't deduct anything from my balance anymore? So I still keep my account but balance is zero? Or the moment I get funds into Skrill, do they deduct funds or something?
I am confused because back then I believe all you had to do was log into your Skrill and Neteller account at least once a year I believe for it to be active? Is that how it was? I don't think you even need to do a transaction? But now you have to do a transaction once every 6 months or you get 5 dollars inactivity fee deducted every single month until your balance gets to zero? So if someone keeps under 5 dollars balance or 0 balance, well the most they lose is 5 dollars or nothing but they can always use it later? But they have to make sure they log in once every 6 months?
