Just tournaments... the cash game became addictive for me, I had to quit even though I don't have so much to lose 😂😜

it all depends on your mood and desire. I will give preference to tournaments

I have been playing only in tournaments for many years in a row. My favorites are the weekend tournaments on pokerstars and 888. And of course my favorite tournaments are our daily, weekly and monthly freerolls.

There are advantages and disadvantages on both sides. One advantage of cash gaming is that you can enter and play just one hand and come away with some profit, but in the long run you could have big losses.
In tournaments you need at least 2 to 3 hours of the tournament to make any gains, and in the long term you can make high profits if you are a regular player who is always cashing.

I prefer cash games because tournaments last very long and the number of hands you play and the number of decisions you make is small, I really like playing on 4 rush tables, I discard weak hands and only deal with good ones, of course I realize that my opponents do the same, that's why there is a lot of action with very good hands where you have to make sometimes very difficult decisions in a very short time. it's like a sprint where the tournament looks like a marathon. Additionally, a tournament requires a lot of time, which I unfortunately don't have, but for cash games, 2 hours is enough for me.
