Hi everyone!
Tilt is something that every poker player faces sooner or later. It can happen after a bad beat, a long downswing, or even just when things don’t go as planned at the tables. Personally, I’ve noticed that sometimes I start playing more aggressively than I should, or I make calls that I would normally fold, just because emotions take over.
I’m curious – how do you deal with tilt?
Do you take breaks and step away from the table?
Do you have some kind of routine (like breathing exercises, listening to music, or writing down hands)?
Or maybe you’ve trained yourself to just stay calm no matter what happens?
Would love to hear your thoughts and maybe pick up some useful tips!
Good luck at the tables!
