Your question is unfounded! It all depends on the connection of the board with your hand/effective stack. You have to specify your question, otherwise there is no way to clear up your doubt, my friend.

A lot more info is needed, .....stack sizes, action, player info, etc.,

if you could post a hand history you'll get more helpful answers👍

Hi :)
It depends on each specific situation. Namely, it depends on the format of the tournament, the stage of the tournament, the number of players at the table, your position and many other factors.

Need more to isolate the situation a bit more. too many variables left unanswered to make any type of sizing

As others have said, it depends on a lot of variables. One of the most important is the effective stack size. If pot is 1.000, and the effective stack has 1.700 more left behind, then you dont want to bet 1.000 and only leave 700 for the river, when the pot is going to be 3.000, if the opponent call. So then you can either jam for 1.700 and make it a 2-street hand.

Or the more common line would be to bet something like 500-600, so that the pot will be 2.000-2.200, if the opponent call, and you will then have another 1.100-1.200 left for the river. In that way you can bet, and the opponent can call, without any of you committing the rest of your stack to the pot. And this is important, because we want to get called by worse. If for instance you have

:qd4::10d4:

on a board of

:qs4::4s4::2d4::10h4:

then its a disaster, if you overbet jam the turn, and the opponent fold a hand like

:qh4::9h4:

which is drawing dead against you but would likely call a normal bet and then maybe even consider calling again on a brick river.
