Which hand would you rather go all-in with preflop: AKo or QQ? ♠️♦️

if going completely blind then queens, otherwise depends on position, the betting before that and stack sizes (and opponent tendencies of course). Against deep stack tight opponent 4 bet in early position i'd say AKo is somewhat better because it blocks aces and kings and have around 50% to hit against pocket queens and jacks (and can even not so rarely outdraw kings), while queens get easily dominated by a higher pocket pair that are very present in the villain's range in this specific spot. But completely blind queens are definitely better, because they will often be at least an overpair, while AKo won't hit it that often.

QQ is the best hand. Not that I go all-in with QQ or even AKo all the time. But if I have to choose one to go all-in with for statistical reasons, I'll go with QQ.

AK for me is better... better flush possibilities than QQ and its a flip anyway...

Either hand is good. The nuances of poker indicate that QQ can be a better all-in vs nits who will only call with top of range QQ+ AK+

I would definitely prefer QQ.
This is a more promising hand preflop :)

QQ has a higher risk of being way behind, because it unblock AA and KK. On the other hand it also has a better chance to be way ahead, so overall it is the stronger hand. Because QQ unblock AA and KK, there are however situations, where its GTO strategy to just call with QQ but at least partially push all-in with AK because of its blockers to AA and KK.

In theory, going all-in with AKo preflop can give you a better chance of winning than going all-in with QQ, especially if your opponents are also playing strong hands like AA, KK, or QQ.In general, AKo is a stronger hand preflop, and going all-in with it is more justified. But in some situations, such as if you have a positional advantage, you can play QQ.

If you consider EV as being important then QQ is higher than AKo, regardless of position.
Don’t think I would push all-in unless I was short stacked, but a raise to open or isolate is OK.

Queens are a slight favourite heads up. Go all-in with them and watch the ace flop, or even worse, a king or ace hits the river.

It all depends on the situation. QQ always feels a bit weak to go all in.
