if going completely blind then queens, otherwise depends on position, the betting before that and stack sizes (and opponent tendencies of course). Against deep stack tight opponent 4 bet in early position i'd say AKo is somewhat better because it blocks aces and kings and have around 50% to hit against pocket queens and jacks (and can even not so rarely outdraw kings), while queens get easily dominated by a higher pocket pair that are very present in the villain's range in this specific spot.
