Only play strong hands early in the tournament and be aggressive. Close to the bubble, if you have a good stack, take advantage of short stacks. In the final phase play it safe, but don't get exploited. Good luck.

Hey there Rasho and welcome to the forum. Unfortunately there's no guaranteed way to win a trny other than being the luckiest player on a heater, which will probably happen in your poker career if you play often enough.
I had won about a dozen freerolls and a couple of .10c PS's trny's but nothing significant. I think it took me about 9 months to win a decent online micro/low-limit trny. It was a $5 buy-in for a $1250 GTD NLHE. I was at a site w/just under $6 and decided to put the majority of it in this trny. It paid off and I won almost $400. Not a bad parlay.
Don't get discouraged if you don't get a win right away. Do you play sit-n-go's? If not, might I suggest playing some to get familiar w/final table play, which are basically what sng's are, imo.
Picking your spots in tournaments will take some patience. Just play your best and don't do anything stupid, lol. GL man.
