How many tournaments do you play and how many do you win ?
Hi everyone, how many tournaments do you play approximately to beat variance? For example, out of 10 you win 1 or 2 , or out of 100 you win 5-10 or more tournaments ? And what plus do you get ? It's interesting to look at the experience of real people for my motivation:deal:

In my opinion it doesn't matter how may tournaments you've played in, because once you draw the bottom line, the numbers speak for themselves.
For example:
You've played in 3 tournaments so far:
1. $100 buy-in . Eliminated before the money.
2. $50 buy-in . In the money for $149.
3. $1700 buy-in. In the money for $20k.
--------------------=---Bottom line------------------------------
$20 149 prize money - $1850 buy-ins = $18 299 profit
That's not counting how many times you have, and if you have re-entered tournaments, respectively payed the buy-in. Also, there may be other expenses.
