Final table replay. I believe that playing passively helps, but depending on the position you are in, aggressiveness is important, even to intimidate the opponent. I'm the type of person who plays passively...

The final table is a special moment, even if it's a separate tournament. You definitely don't need to bluff a lot, but it's all according to the situation, if the prizes are not significant and the stack still allows you to play
then you can wait for good prize money by playing your poker.

How do you play to win first place, and what is your favorite style at the final table?
I have rules...First how many people in tournament then envision what have to do....I want to hit certain chips at certain levels....So lets take 100 people....I want to hit 28 people at a certain chipset...i want to hit 12 people at another chipset then depends how tournament is 6 man 9 man etc...so im looking for 8th or 6th place...then im shooting for top 4 then i get really more aggressive once down to 4...im watching for things i can work on for my chips bubble next payouts things can take advantage of that makes sense to me for chipstack....Its not an exact science....Yet i use the same structure in all mtts except bounties....Is places you can be more aggressive what will say is im old now and more likely to shove with 10 people then back in day for a race or whatever....Used to play a bit more like a rock and be ok with min wins....Now I dont do that....In league I ??? whether should really be way more aggressive with 20 people or play my old style which won a ton but not working so well in 3 seasons this time.....Is something im thinking on debating what can say is play at 4pm today and yes will be riskier earlier then in past....Take more chances to chip up seems a better motto and as said i dont worry on bubbles no more so results even though might not be as many great ones the ones have had have made me much more money cause i go for it

At the final table I play aggressive against tight players.Against aggressive players I play strong hands aggressive or try to get in cheap preflop with weak hands and hit a strong hand at the flop and send the aggressive player out of the final table.

It's true, in the final table you have to be more aggressive to steal and have more advantage over the opponent, but above all you have to know how to be tighter, and play hands in a profitable way.

It depends , I think this is the right answer . Of you are the small stack and two others are ready to go all on , you might decide to let them eliminate one another , to win a better prize . But ot depends on your stack and opponents' stacks , on your hand .

Sometimes I play aggressive, sometimes more super tight and other times it's a mix, I don't have any preference, I think it all depends on how the game develops, how aggressive the other players can be, obviously my stack also has a lot of influence with regarding the rest

Like everything in Poker, you must evaluate which strategy is best for the moment. This includes evaluating your opponents, your position, the relative size of your stack compared to your opponents, your hand.
The path to success in Poker depends on your ability to adapt.

Playing aggressive at the final table is usually better. It puts pressure on shorter stacks and forces opponents into tough spots. However, I adjust based on stack sizes and ICM. If I have a big stack, I attack more. If short, I wait for good spots. Balance is key.

You have to play aggressively as long as you are positioned 1st in the tournament, but also play strategically, it is no use playing all the hands too aggressively.

I think it depends a lot on the information you have about your rivals and the information you have given them about yourself as well.
The prize jump, the amount of the blind, the position (both for each hand and in reference to the rivals) come into play.
But if I had to choose between playing passive or aggressive, I would mainly base my decision on the amount of chips I have. If you are the last at a final table you have nothing to lose and everything to win (I would be aggressive) if you are the first you can surely lose a lot by getting into worthless hands (I would play more passive).
but in my case I try to play correctly, passive when appropriate, aggressive when the situation demands it.

It depends on how many chips I have. If I have a short stack, I play more aggressively. If I have a big stack, I play a bit more cautiously.
