I’ve been thinking a lot about the impact of ICM when you get down to the final 2 tables in an MTT. Often, players start tightening up a lot, while others take advantage by applying maximum pressure.
Do you prefer to tighten your ranges and focus on laddering up, or do you stay aggressive to build a stack for the final table?
How do you handle spots where you’re the middle stack and there are several short stacks at the table?
Do you believe ICM pressure is more important in online MTTs than in live tournaments?
I’d love to hear different perspectives, especially from players who have made multiple final tables.
