I would say there's nothing to think about here. All-in. I truly believe that this is the only possible option, with no alternatives.
If you're not prepared to take a fair risk, then there's simply no point in playing poker.

Its very unusual to open push for 20-25BB effective, and unless the opponent is some kind of known maniac, we can often put them on a range consisting of mostly medium pocket pairs and AK maybe AQ. Against such a range AQ is not doing well, and especially on the bubble we can fold and find a better spot.

In those situations, I always fold. First priority is making the money, and only after that I’ll take risks and make those kinds of calls with that stack

Even as aggressive as I am on the bubble and near the bubble trying to steal blinds and build a big stack to run deep....this is an easy fold.

And how much does the SB and the big have? It all depends on poker. For example, I don't stop playing in the bubble, only exclusively in satellites.

On the bubble, being covered, I’d usually fold AQs unless villain is clearly shoving very wide. ICM makes it too risky when there are shorter stacks.

It depends on a payout structure and stack sizes. If you have a lot of stacks shorter than you it can easily be a fold. If you are one of the shortest stacks it can perfectly be a call. You also call jams less in mtts with flat payout structures and especially satellites.

Also who is your opponent? Are they a nit? Are the loose? Do they follow ICM or not?

It depends a lot on the position you are betting on and the size of the bet, if it is a very large bet it is fold regardless of the position, but if it is a medium bet I call and observe the flop, and if the bet from a very early position is fold, I personally prefer to guarantee the prize.

I wouldn’t want to fold here but it would be super hard to call on the bubble. The best we can hope for is undercard pocket pairs and even then we are racing. I think folding is correct but I do acknowledge that calling here could be the difference between winning the tournament and just making the money.
