I mean, did you choose? Is there really a choice in poker? You were given KK, play with KK, or you were given AK, play with AK, what is the choice?

With a pair of kings you will have more chances, that's for sure, so the choice is obvious.

I would choose KK, these cards should not be discarded under any circumstances, but AK can be discarded in some cases.

KK all day, but the cards aren't face up, when villain has Aces I'd rather have AK suited, more possible outs

KK, of course, but in poker you don't play only two cards, but a combination of 5 or more cards

The eternal question...
With KK you have a ready hand, with AK you still need an A to have top pair.
KK is really great, but lately I've been failing with it almost without exception, because the player playing with the Ax hand always get an A.

KK looks better on preflop... but post-flop can change everything...

I think the only solid argument for preferring AKs to KK would have to be that in a race situation if an ace hits the flop the kings are left w/one out, depending on if the other two cards are straight drawing connectors. This would be the only scenario but it's a gamblers game now, thanx to Eric Persson, imo. 😏

KK is already preflop combination (pair) but AK is nothing in fact.

Definitely the KK hand because I already have a pair in my hand, and the AK is highly flop dependent.
If Ace is on the flop, then KK is already a difficult hand, but I still prefer to play it more than AK.

I will choose the strongest one, who is acceptably stronger, because you can't know anything clearly in poker, etc.

AK. KK seems to be a strong hand however it's very unlucky hand for me because of cruel river.

kk, pair is better and if someone is holding an ace, he has three outs

I have had more success with KK, but I, v won more chips overall with AK.
Depends on so many variables, chip stack, opposing players styles. I generally limp with AK and see the flop. But raise with KK

KK is much more profitable than AK.

There is zero speculation here, KK is the better choice. KK is a pair, AK is nothing more than ace high preflop.
