Can these situations call during the Rebuy period? I know at
best I'll be good for a flip, rebuy period after that is a clear fold before activating the bonunty is a good opportunity to still collect chips, what do you think or is that too loose? what hand pair would you enter?

9/9 or better you can go for flip I think or AK off or AQ suited maybe AJ suited against some players

It does not matter, if you can rebuy or not. What matter is, if you can win the bounties, and if yes how many chips they are worth. If this is a "mystery bounty" event, you can not win the bounties yet, and then both hands are a fold, as they would be in a normal MTT. However if its a KO or PKO, the 77 hand is probably a call depending on the value of the bounties.

The 66 hand is less likely to be a call, because its a UGT+1 open, and you can only win SBs bounty. Obviously we should never get results oriented and regret a good fold, just because we would have been in a good situation and won the hand. If the original raiser has a bigger pair in either hand you are a 4:1 dog, and this will happen a non zero percentage of the time.

The only situation, where this should affect your strategy, is if rebuying is open AND it seems relatively certain, there will be an overlay. Like the guaranty is $1.000 for a $5.5 event, but it seems like, only 400-450 people will enter, before late registration is closed including rebuys. Then and only then are chips won more valuable than chips lost, and as a result we should be more risk willing.

In live tournaments it does matter for how other people play; they'll be a little more risk-averse when they can't rebuy. In online tournaments though you can just play something else, I doubt it makes much of a difference.

Yes I agree with this. I was talking about online tournaments, and in live tournaments there could definitely be some risk aversion, when rebuying is no longer possible, because people want to stay and play rather than wait maybe a whole week or more for the next event. And this risk aversion could be exploited by bluffing more, when we cover other players and probably also calling off a bit tighter, when they might be on a stronger range, than they should, because they are risk averse.

I hadn't noticed the guaranty, thank you for pointing that out, I thought the rebuy was a way to play more loosely and aggressively, I'm buying back myself anyway which is a flawed point of view
