Classic Spot. Fold, I think, but it is close. Opponent's line -- tiny 4bet, small Flop bet, Turn all-in -- looks extremely strong. It's a stretch to give him AK or 99-, which are the only hands you beat.

You need to be good here just under 1/3 of the time, and I'd guess you're good about, idk, 1/4 of the time or something.

If the bounty part matters then maybe it's a call. It's not like I'd be shocked if he's bluffing.

Preflop
There is a cold caller, which increase the incentive to 3-bet, but with deeper stacks JJ is often just called against an EP open in GTO play, because its really bad to face a 4-bet. Moreover if you are going to 4-bet, I dont think, you need to risk quite that much in position. 2.400 chips or 4 x the open should be enough. The 4-bet did happen, and given the sizing I guess, you need to call.

Flop
Given the small sizing I think, you need to call again.

Turn
Its sort of close. You are basically getting 2:1, so you need to be good 1 in 3 times in chip EV. A bit less due to the bounty. There are 18 combos of QQ+, which of course you lose to, and potentionally 16 combos of AK. But does AK always bluff, and does AK always 4-bet pre? I think, some players will basically have a 4-betting range of aces and kings in a situation like this, where its an UTG open, and they are cold 4-betting out of the blinds with chips left behind. Without info on the Villain I lean towards a fold here.
