This is the 5th hand of the tournament so I don't have any relevant info on the UTG.

Preflop
Given how deep you are, I think, this is an ok call, because you are suited. A9o would be a clear fold though.

Flop
Its interesting, that he check, but in a $22 MTT we dont nessesarely want to read that as always being a weak hand. Its possible, that he does a lot of checking on low boards like this, when he is out of position. But with that being said I do think, its fine to put out a small bet for value and equity denial. Half pot is a bit on the large side though.

Turn
The Q could have helped him mainly with a hand like AQ, but your hand is also not good enough to go for 3 streets of value against an UTG open range. So regardless you have to do some pot control, and since you bet the flop, its prudent to check back now.

River
When he check again, I do think, you are very likely to have the best hand. Sure he could be sandbagging something, but its not the most likely scenario, so I do like to put out a small bet for value here trying to get called even by something as weak as AK high. If he check-raise, I am probably going to pay him off as well, since I just dont believe, he has a strong hand here very often.

Preflop very easy call. Flop check by opponent is nothing unusual, he should check quite a lot here. Doesnt make much sense for him to bet hands like AQ AJ... his high pocket pairs dont need much protection and can go for checkraise... You should play some small sizings here, would just go with 33% or check. Not dividing my range into multiple sizings in 200bb deep spot. For A9hh its mostly bet (although check could still be played and can work out nicely if ace comes and opponents has an ace too). Turn seems like an overbet or check spot. Not much reason to make small bets there. And A9 is not strong enough for overbets.
On river you can bet again for around 50-70 % pot. You got good suits for it also (for example A9cc would be a little worse as it blocks hands like A5cc).
