Wait for a better spot bounties are not enough for a call.
You play against an UTG and Button range, this would be luck gambling (UTG has all the strong Broadway Aces plus AA, KK. Button can have all QT s/o (one is blocked by your T).
Fold is my play here.

Preflop
BTN should be on a stronger than normal range, since he is isolating a UTG limper and not raising first in. Even so you absolutely have to defend a suited broadway to a 3BB raise, and you can do it either by calling or 3-betting. 3-betting has the advantage of driving out the UTG limper and taking control of the pot. The disadvantage is, that if you get 4-bet, you will need to fold.

Flop
Now the limper leads out, and since the preflop raiser is still to act, this is a donk bet. You flopped second pair and a flushdraw, so clearly you are not folding, but I also dont see much point in raising here. Better hands are mostly AX, which will almost certainly not fold, and which by the way its very likely, that one of them, if not both of them, could have. So if you raise here, you will generally get action from hands, that are ahead or flipping, and fold out hands, that are drawing almost completely dead.

Turn
Facing an all-in is a pure math decision. In the main pot you are getting around 3:1, meaning you need 25% equity. You have 12 outs to a flush and straight, and importantly they are all to the nuts except for J of diamonds, which could potentially give someone a full house. You also have some at least partial outs to a K or a T, and you can win the bounty of BTN. So just looking at the main pot, this is a pretty clear call.

There is also the goofball factor, since its a microstakes game. Meaning that once in a blue moon you might actually have the best hand already, if UTG is going crazy with some sort of wild bluff, and BTN is calling him with a worse flush draw than yours. Like maybe UTG has 76 offsuit and BTN has QJ of diamonds, and you have both of them drawing almost dead.

The downside is, there will also be a side pot with UTG, and since you are only getting 1:1 in the side pot, that one is almost certainly losing you money, since its highly unlikely, you are ahead of UTGs range. So its kind of close. But in a PKO there is long term value in building a big stack, so if a spot is close, you should generally take it. In a non-bounty MTT it would be a clear fold, but because of the bounty element I make the call here.
