This is ITM and I would like to know what is your range here considering that everyone has max 7BB here. Also how would you play this hand?

If folded to me, I see myself shoving with this hand against the short blinds.
As a big stack with 2 short stacks on the blinds, it is perfect to pressure.

Because it is a bounty tournament, the short stacks would be tempted to call the shove with Q/K high, so going all-in might get them off but I do not want to play A3o against someone who could easily have an Ace with a better kicker, especially with 2 more players to act who are short and it is the only bounty they cover.

Rather let the short blinds fight it off here, if no one calls it, I will still have many more chances considering how perfect the position is against the short stacks here.

But, if A3 was suited, I am playing it.

I'm just an enthusiastic beginner, but I would go allin, the CO wide should be pushed in, GTO says 40% should go allin, against that the A3o and a coinflip, I would call because of the Bounty, I would throw in a smooth race, that's just my opinion

I would clearly fold. You are the chip leader and there are so many good hands than A3. Leave multiway, A3 is not good for head-to-head too.

As for how to play there is really only one option here, since CO has moved all-in, and the players behind only have slightly more chips than CO. Which mean, that if you call, and someone else enters the pot as well, then you are committed against them and can never fold. So to avoid awkward spots or to have your hand accidentally folded, because you disconnect from the server, when someone behind jam, then the play is to raise enough to cover the players behind.

As for your range it depends on, how many chips COs bounty is worth. There is a way to calculate that, but you have not given the nessesary information including the starting stack. With that being said looking at the other players his $2 bounty is the cheapest one on the entire table, so it seem fairly juicy. And for that reason I would call his 5BB shove with any ace, any pair and most broadways. Maybe even some decent suited connectors like T9s or 98s.

The key to ITM bounty games is the pay jumps. What are they worth compared to the V's bounty. If this was an FT we have a top 2 stack--meaning we should not finish any lower than that most often. Second place money is what we want to compare vs the bounty. If second is $25 then we have to play a tighter range.

Table dynamics come into play here. We want to protect our stack because of the leverage it gives us vs the other larger stacks.
With a $4 bounty and a smaller stack this player should be shoving top of range- we want to play tighter vs that range.
