I like the idea to isolate small with AA to get action, but I would still go a bit larger. Its not like, he is going to limp-fold, because you make it 3BB rather than 2BB, and then you win those extra chips, when he miss and check-fold the flop.

Flop
I like, that you raised his min-donk, because the goal is to get all the chips in against all the hands in his range, that you still beat. Which is the vast majority of them. But I would only go to around 150k and then put the rest in on the turn. Overbet jamming the flop can look bluffy, but it also gives him a chance to get away from a lot of hands, that we want action from.

Results
So he flopped a set and cracked your aces. That suck but the main advice is to play emotionless poker and not focus on bad beats or coolers.

worthless comment by the way
Its a rude comment, but he does have a point in the sense, that the hand was most likely only shared, because OP ended up losing it. If the opponent had flipped over a hand like KJ, and OP had gotten his hold, then OP would almost certainly not have worried about the hand or shared it to the forum. So it is a very results oriented hand.

But this does not mean, nothing can be learned from it. As I said already, in my opinion OP used poor sizing both preflop and on the flop. But still the hand is just a cooler. If UTG was a good player, he would open push a small pair with these stack sizes, since 4 players were so short, they almost did not matter. And then OP would of course call with AA, and the bad beat would still happen.

Thank you my dear, I was having doubts on the flop, the size preflop when reviewing the hand a few times I also realized that if I had thought better I would have 2.5X or 3X

You guys sure are sensitive while preaching playing emotionless poker. There's no rudeness implied. Sometimes you just lose money and can't help it. Kiss it goodbye and move on.
