Is this going to be an exchange at Manchester City?

It's more likely Man city selling Haaland than firing Guardiola

Hard to say it is. I think a new team is building now.

They are having a bad time at the moment but they are still 4th in the league, they have the best
manager in the world, why should they sack him?

I'm starting to believe the rumors that players are trying to get Guardiola fired.

In spite of their last dramatic loss at home, Guardiola should stay.He didn´t make the mistakes in the last minutes of the game but the players did

I think it will happen sooner or later. Although I remember something similar with Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool a few seasons ago. But then almost all the central defenders were injured, so the team just couldn't play their traditional high pressing. What's going on at Manchester City right now? It's hard to say. Perhaps other teams have already learned how to play against Pep Guardiola's schemes. :)

Hopefully Mr Guardiola has the desire to build another team, though difficult with City's constrsints. He may need an extended break, however!
