I exercise three times a day. I have been playing table tennis for about 10 years. I used to play soccer, but I got a serious injury and doctors forbade me to play. Tennis has become a good alternative for me.
For me sport is a lot more healthy and it generally lets you feel good after. Poker is a lot of fun, but it can drive you up the wall.
More sport than poker is the way for me.
I don't do sports. I used to, but now my health condition is such that I can't do sports. I have a disability.
But as for poker, I don't consider it a sport.
