Can you be a winner online without Hud?

I never use HUD, I think it dulls me because poker is a game that depends on the probability and the situation in real life.

I don't think is necesary a hud , make your decision to be good.I play online poker one year ago and I win tournaments without a.HUD.

Since started this post i have not used a HUD and still FT and won couple tournaments in micro stakes but if moving in the high stakes and playing 2 or 3 plus tables using a HUD sure helps as i have been observing pro streamers.

I'm happy for you! And the main thing is that the cards are accompanied by luck. Two days ago, I lost twice in a row with two aces. And most importantly, it was when there were 50 people out of 3000 participants and you were in the top three in chips.

Professionals comment that the HuD is of great help, but nevertheless most are winners without it .... we have to study hard and live updated ,,, in fact I play without HuD and I will scratch pennies in poker ,,, some day I will install it to learn more about it, for the moment I will look for patience and good decisions, good luck friends, no one will tell you about it.

I play without any additional programs. I think they are crooks, you can't play offline with programs.

Let me suggest this new perspective.
Imagine yourself playing live poker and having at your disposal a notebook containing the following information for each player at your table:
- The number of hands played
- How many times the player has limped and how many times he has raised.
- In those that he raised: How many times did he fold to a 3-bet, and how many times did he call, and how many times did he raise to a 4-bet?
- What is your percentage of calling a continuation-bet on the flop and on the turn and river, and what his win rate.

- Add this to the notes you made about your opponents showdown hands and what line they played.

I ask you: Would this make a difference to your profit?

It's certainly possible to profit without a HUD but you will be limited in some regards

If you are playing tournaments where the player pool is vast and you rarely see the same players then you aren't giving up a ton by not using a HUD.

If however you are playing cash games where the field is small and that data is worth a lot, then you are giving up a lot by not using a HUD.

If you are playing few tables where you are paying close attention, then once again you aren't giving up a lot (and I find when 1 or 2 tabling I don't need it)

But again if you are playing many tables then the reads that a HUD gives you is essential.

I understand your thought that the HUD makes the game less beautiful, but when you learn to use the HUD properly another type of beauty reveals itself. It's like having a new tool that can allow you to do things more effectively.

We use many tools in life to make things easier, more efficient, all kinds of beneficial things. And the HUD is just that ultimate tool for poker, a natural creation of technological evolution that yes... it has a learning curve... but once learned yields great returns.

At first you must define the word winning. Im 100 percent convinced that you could have a positiv value on poker without a hud. In modern poker the most players use tools like hud or cardvalue measure Apps. I knew some streamers which play more the oldschool way without and have some nice tourney score. I personally play without hud and had some nice score in the daily 100 dollar freeroll on pokerstars. So its possible.

i primarily play mixed games and huds are less effective when playing mixed games, and yes you can be a winner playing without a hud but you playing with one will definitely help

I think so. I used to play pokerstars with the holdem manager. But I didn't get used to it at all, it is that they say that you must have a good amount of your opponent's hands to get closer to a good reading, I suppose that most of the pros use hud.y other supporting software, I was reviewing natural 8 and ggpoker and they have an interesting hud included in their system. I was just playing a $ 1 tournament and was a bit confused by that hud. It will be a matter of getting used to, I suppose, I left poker stars for a long time because the variance was always against me, but I am playing again starting from freeroll. It is n0t a disadvantage, I won tournaments without HUD.
