ive had PS set to save my HH into a folder. But when i go to the folder to find the hand history they are not there. Im trying to find an easier way of copying HH into universal replayer instead of having PS email them to me everytime.

Do you have HEM, after importing a HH it gets moved to the archive folder, I would assume a similar thing with PT3.

* If thats not it, did you have to reinstall? In which case you would have to set it to save again, also set it to save for 9999 days.

I've had the same problem lately, not really sure what's wrong with it, maybe send an email to Stars support?

hey cj, since you said your having problems with HH saving i thought id share what support said in their email:

1. Change Folder Destination

It is possible that the folder where you are trying to save the files is
write protected (Program Files folder is often protected). To fix this,
simply go back to the Instant Hand History Options and set the folder to "My
Documents" or similar folder outside of the Program Files folder.

2. Your Configuration File is Corrupted

To fix this one, simply go to Help -> Open My Settings Folder. Then close
PokerStars, and in the newly opened folder, locate the file named "user" (or
"user.ini"). Right click on it, and select Rename. Name it "user.old" and
then press Enter to confirm the change. Please note that renaming this file
will revert all user defined options to their default setting and you will
need to reset those options.
