I was just wondering what the difference was between the gold bar and the green bar on the graphs? Since my green bar (Amount Won) is pretty far below the gold bar (Net Expected Won) does that mean I am running bad and getting unlucky often? There are only a few spots where the graph is close to even and the majority of it has a gap of between ~$5 and ~$10. This is over ~15k hands.
the yellow bar (gold bar) is the all in EV line, if it's above your green bar you are getting unlucky, basically it
tells you where your winnings should really be if no more cards would be dealt when you moved all in. ex: you go all in preflop and you have AA, opponent has KK, but he hits a set. your yellow bar goes up as you got your money in good but your green bar goes down since you lost money.
however it is not exact, as if you move all in with 2 overs vs a pair, even tho you have 45% chance to win your gold bar will move down, so you shouldn't be too bothered about it, take it down and don't use it too much, might affect the way you think. you could for example get a little lucky today and you might get something like this: "o man i am so going to be on a downswing some time soon, look how lucky i got."
plus in time the 2 bars should go up and down as you get lucky or unlucky. just play your A game and ignore the gold bar. unless you are loosing really bad and you want to feel better about yourself
hope i didn't give any false info about the gold bar.
best of luck.
