I think WPT has financial problems. I wonder if choosing the colour of the table, avatars or sound settings is still free?
As for chatting, it would probably also be relevant to charge one cent per letter.

very nice news! Its for peoples who not come to play poker at the table, they come only to throw something into each other ! As for me its very distract! Very nice what now they pay for this spamings!

... alrighty then, this is the only possible upside to charging people to use a sites features,

now if they only charged people who waste their whole time clock every single hand for

absolutely no reason we'd be on to something😎👍

Notes are available now! They cost 15 cents each, and modifications are 3 cents.

I have just asked for a refund, they said will analyze it and can take up to 72h, let's wait.

I recommend everyone to do the same

I think you should reconsider.
The WPT is currently one of the sites with the biggest promotions among poker rooms, and a single incident shouldn't be a reason to exclude it.

Actually, I also think it's up to us to check the dates of the target tournaments for which tickets will be won.

I know it might have been a mistake on their part regarding the timing...

Usually, sites usually refund us in some way.
The WPT and Partpoker have done this several times (refunding tickets), but other times I simply lost. I didn't like it very much, but there wasn't much I could do.

I try to pay more attention to details, but my tickets keep expiring (although it's my fault).

Regarding the throwables:
I don't think the idea of charging for them is cool... But you also have the option to opt out.

Other Apps like KKpoker (Suprema and bodog, perhaps) also charge the same amount. (some of them you also need to pay to have the native HUD)

How exactly was it their fault, that you did not manage to use your ticket, while there were still more Day 1 games running? Did they cancel Day 1 games at the last moment (why would a site do that?), or what exactly happened? Please provide some more details.

One of the worst logiciels combined with being greedy piggies lol Yeah, they offer promotions from the crumbs they take from players with throwables or showing cards in cash games, and they don’t even have freebies either Definitely the worst room, right up there with 888 in my book

Gotta love that you’re assuming stuff when you’re completely wrong :) I won the ticket and immediately tried to join a Day 1, but there was no option for it—neither in the lobby nor when clicking on the ticket and none until it expires

It’s the first time I’ve ever seen a site charge for something like that, and honestly, it feels pretty scammy. I’ve seen a lot of people using those throwables over the past couple of days, and I’m pretty sure none of them realized they were being charged for it.

some mobile poker rooms actually do that as well, but the print is not that fine and you need to get the throwables currency beforehand, so you know exactly what you're paying for. But then, they charge normal money for the rabbit feature, go figure... (also no fine print, very visible)

I also had a situation where I registered with a ticket, but seeing that they had changed the structure in the meantime, I decided to unregister and enter the latte. It said nicely that my ticket would be refunded, but when I wanted to register later, there was no ticket. For now, I don't play much, but from personal experience I would say that they are not very professional
