I'd like to create a GG account through an agent to increase my RB. It turns out I registered a few years ago but didn't verify my account. Can I register with a different email address now? I have the same computer as before. How can I do this without getting banned, etc.?

This is a really bad idea. It might slip through their security at first. But if you eventually have significant profits, then they will scrutinise you closer, and if they find such a TOS violation, they might close your account and confiscate your profits.

Very bad idea they can confiscate all your funds when they find out about multiple accounts.

Get access to your old account and you'll be safe.
I also found nice bonus programs for registering AFTER I already had an account.
Shame but nothing we can do about it .
