Today when I used Stars poker client I was greeted with a scroring question:
How likely would you recommend pokerstars to someone? Give score between 1 to 10.
And when the number was low enough more feedback was asked.

Never before Stars has asked how I feel about them! Could they actually start to listen what users want and need?

How can I use the platform of pokerstars when some features show error 13? Is that normal or happening to other players as well?

I get an error message every time I get a chest ..for example the powerpath ticket.
Always says "something went wrong"
I can open it when I manually go there.
But the pop up windows never work lately

Everything works fine for me. The only issue is that the "Sports" tab is often under maintenance, but the rest of the poker room runs smoothly.

Thats my case as well, but chests can be opened only in browser mode im my case. Just work from there, but skme other games still not working though.

What feedback did you give then?

I spent couple of minutes to list points to improve in.
It so reg vs reg today that it has to change if they want to see decades to come. Fish are sucked out of the water.

My Feedback would be:

-roll back to the old software u had like 4 years ago. There were much more designs available back then and everything was lighter and smoother

- give reasonable Rakeback to everyone starting already at the lowest tier

- cancel table cap and let people play as many tables as they want

- bring back private freerolls and run normal freerolls. Payouts in tournament dollars or other restrictions for winnings in freerolls

- get licences wherever possible. If GG can, others can too.

- implement cryptos as payout and withdrawal method
