PartyPoker "Tournament Cancelled"

I satellited three games from freeroll to £25 buy in, then tournament was cancelled. Now what?
Does anyone know Party's policy in this situation? I don't appear to have had a credit to my $ or P$ rolls.

In any case, send an email to support asking for an explanation.

They usually issue refunds without too many questions, usually automatically, but contact them for confirmation and a record of the occurrence.

On partypoker Last week Sunday 03th evening I won a ticket it went into my inactive tickets and disappeared the following day I won 3 more the following day 1 I did not get the other 2 went inactive and disappeared overnight. I went to support they gave me 1P$ but told me I had been given my tickets. I checked their round the clock game prizes and it had been updated 2 days late.

sadly on ggpoker it happens to sometimes on ggpoker they will reschadual it on a other day i amnot sure if yours does it to tho i pray for you they will

So they ended up compensating me (once I'd emailed - let's hope they would have got around to doing that anyway).

I didn't get the full £25, but an adjusted amount based on my stack size entering a Phase 2.
