PartyPoker Log In Problems?

As title, I enter my details, but it just fails to log me in.
Is it just me or is everybody else affected ?

Our friend César has a post explaining the problem he's having logging into partypoker from a computer.

Some of us had a similar issue last month, but it was resolved by updating the client.
But other than that, it seems like they're having this kind of problem with more people!

Anyone else struggling to log into their PC poker client (Windows)?

I enter log in details but I remain logged out and not able to join tables etc.

I have logged into my account on their website, so I don't think I'm blocked.

Annoying as I have £5 ticket expiring. I can get in on mobile but the game I wanted not accessible from there :/

I'm reinstalling Party (doubt that will help) and will keep trying - will update on here..

It looks like a major problem for Party? I see paused games and not looking good service "health" page.

Even though I've played the last two Cardschat tournaments on my computer, I'm still having issues with the website.

Some gameplay features simply don't work or don't appear, and today when I try to log in, it takes forever. I even timed it, and when I open the App, I simply can't log in.

That's how long it took to open the app.

It seems today's problem is widespread!

A statement was released on X (formerly Twitter):

"We are experiencing some technical difficulties with our website. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience."

They have been experiencing technical problems for a while now, it's time for them to invest in better software.😁

Seems to be back now . Remains to be seen how stable it is.

Glad to say Party compensated me (in P$) for the ticket I was unable to use without argument

I have this problem for about a month and I uninstalled it and installed again and this client never opens for me to login

Customer service tried to find a problem but couldn't find it. Then they disconnected mid-conversation..? Damn.

Good morning everyone, yes, party poker is experiencing login issues, and in my case, the issues I'm experiencing depend on the internet. I usually use the internet at the mall, which offers two free internet connections. One of them displays the following error: date, time.



The other doesn't have this issue. The GPT chat has an explanation: it may have something to do with the router configuration.

I don't understand anything about this. The only solution is to find a router that doesn't have any login issues. This Party Poker login issue has happened in several different locations.

When it happened to me, I uninstalled everything and deleted the folder that was still on my PC, even after uninstalling, I downloaded everything again and it worked.

I didn't particularly like this room. But that's just my subjective opinion. freerolls aren't frequent, and the only prizes you can usually win there are tickets to Spin & Gos. I don't like Spin & Gos because of the overly aggressive play you have to play there, so... I find the mobile version inconvenient, since you have to place bets differently than in most rooms, etc. That makes it uncomfortable to play. Playing multiple tables on my phone just didn't work for me. One of the positives is the transparent rakeback. I really liked that about it.

In my case it didn't work. I contacted support several times. Finally I sent a video of the problem and after that they fixed the problem.
They didn't tell me where the problem was.

It's a recurring problem with PartyPoker, send them an email and they'll guide you, it's usually a cache problem.

I've had that problem on occasion. Try logging out and logging in again. This isn't specific either to Party Poker or gaming sites.

partypoker an pokerstars is not allowed to play anymore in the netherlands so i switched over to ggpoker now
