Last month I was playing more games on partypoker and I managed to open one of these too!
I think they feel sorry for so many bad deals and give us a consolation prize... Who knows, maybe the odds aren't based on the EVs of the tables (just kidding)! lol

I got $50 cash 2 weeks ago in a bronze box was the first I’d got in ages - since then I have had a $5 spin and 55c or 50cp$ in them lol now I know it’s there though I hold my breath every time - I’ve just created a thread to try and collate what people are getting in their cases please feel free to contribute
I would like to add for those who say the chances are zero: In the last 2 months on party I won £50 cash for doing a survey. I won £50 cash on the party mega wheel and then $50 in a bronze case
I’ve also spun whole heap of nothing but that’s usually my luck and I doubt if I’ll ever hit a big one again lol

I have maxed out these cases every week since they became a reward the best I’ve got is a €11 dollar tournament on a silver case , the bronze I’ve only really got all in and fold tickets and I honestly find the gold the worst best I’ve got is €2.20 ticket but nearly always a .55 ticket 😔 I personally find the rewards on party poker terrible there is no transparency shown on the % of drops and the mega wheel that they have for competing daily wagering is criminal for what it gives u in rewards , on stars it gives u a few bonuses a year , gg did some great free rolls for Xmas , but party wouldn’t even give me a deposit bonus that didn’t require a 35x wagering requirementsI got $50 cash 2 weeks ago in a bronze box was the first I’d got in ages - since then I have had a $5 spin and 55c or 50cp$ in them lol now I know it’s there though I hold my breath every time - I’ve just created a thread to try and collate what people are getting in their cases please feel free to contribute

Guys I’ve got a thread going to try and record what is in the cases and what you feel about the prize distribution, changes to the rake back scheme and other stuff. I’m planning to pass the feedback to party support because it’s becoming a joke. My hubby had 109 ticket in his first Gold case and a 55c ticket in the second while I had 2.20 tickets in 2 bronze cases, They need to implement a limit to the lowest prize per level otherwise it’s a joke but they need to be told! So please come say your piece !
Oh and don’t forget to spin the party casino wheels for free spins: I won £250 off 1 free spin so it’s worth a go

Dude I used to love that mega wheel when it was £10 wager requirement the min you would win is 10 x 10p spins but to make it £25 and now I ALWAYS GET THIS POXY 5 spins on this horrific game:

The best I’ve done is €3.30 ticket twice in 5 years of playing on the site so I’m literally shocked that someone has one the top prize more then once

Are talking about the same cases? Because the ones I'm referring to weren't in existence until this past year or so (I'm not sure how long... not very long though... fwiw I've played on PP since 2008). I was referring to the cases they are awarding now instead of giving the automatic 20% minimum rakeback (with potential for more)... now it's just these stupid cases
And fwiw, today I received a $0.25 Spins ticket for a Gold case, lol. The Rewards program on there now is a joke. It's too bad because Partypoker is a good site for many reasons. I'm sure they could increase the traffic on there with a bit of cheap advertising on social media.

I never get to the golds. -as mainly play micro cash and to get 20 points is $20 rake and if you only pay 10c for every $1 it’s 1pt every $10 staked so $200 for a gold box which is pretty hard to achieve playing. 1c/2c cash (I’m happy getting to bronze boxes which is still $30 staked for 3points but I digress.Are talking about the same cases? My husband gets both golds every week, his second gold netted him 25c spin ticket…. Yeah the second one - $30 of rake or $300 cash wagered. For a 25c spin. - then I opened a basic for a 55c MTT (generic which I think is important). And then my bronze I got a $1.10 generic.
They were introduced September 24 I believe and were like this absolutely dreadfully assigned prize levels. Basically the basic and bronze are the only ones worth attaining there is no advantage above those. Infact I’ve gotten better prizes from bronze than any other level. But from the beginning of 25 after some moaning to them they seemed to soup up the prizes but to do this the casino bonuses were reduced and to get them increased by 1.5 x.
Now it seems to have gone back to poor rewards, To add insult to injury their rake income is probably higher from cash players who will be continuing to contribute the whole time they play vs tournament player who pays a set amount for the duration and the rewards are mtt tickets which a lot of cash players won’t even use or play, which feels like the point, especially with the specific tickets not the generic ones —. Yeah my hub got a $109 ticket from a gold box but it was a specific satellite ticket not a generic which is also just a joke tbh.
It’s leaving a bad taste.

Some of the business decisions made by the online poker sites has me wondering a) how they ever got their job in the first place & b) just WTF are they thinking... are they thinking? I would think they'd be attempting to draw in more customers instead of sending the loyal ones away.
The rakeback rewards program they introduced on there a few years back (5 or 6 years?) where they made it a standard 20% rakeback to begin with (and then potentially higher if you got to 'Diamond' &/or made more via Leaderboards). I never played much volume there but was happy getting the basic 20%.
GG was much higher giving a standard 35% (I think until just recently as I don't seem to be getting the same amount since April of this year), 'BUT' the rake on the cash game tables seems ridiculously high! ie. I play what feels like a decent, winning session on there, expecting to see +1 or 2 buyins after playing for 45mins. only to discover my balance being lower than when I'd started the session lol. I find it really important to pick what 'time of the day' I'm playing on there as the player pool can vary by quite a bit.
I still enjoy playing on Partypoker micro/low cash tables but there seems to be fewer players on there all the time but I do notice some new accounts too. There's also a group of regulars who are pretty decent at the game and can make it quite tough.
The $109 ticket I received was for their big Sunday tournament. Since then I've gotten pathetic rewards.
