Official Replay Poker Support Thread

Hi, I tried to join some cash game just awhile ago and it redirected to casino.org. I'm using the App and a notice pops-up stating Replay Poker will be played at casino.org. The site is a prohibited site from where I am, The Philippines.

Is there a way for Replay Poker to continue hosting the game at current site? Or is this inevitable?

It looks like your account got locked out for inactivity, but I went ahead and lifted the lock. You should be able to access your account and join tables. If you want a new password, please send a message to [email protected].

There are still a few players from Hungary who are able to access Replay as of today, but I see how the numbers have decreased. Websites with casino words and phrases are restricted in some countries. Can you please try to login here? http://www.replaygaming.com/

Some countries are restricting websites with casino word/phrases in the URL. Your Replay login should work.

It works with that site. Some links in Replay originating from CardsChat, such as the leaderboard, which has the casino.org domain, were blocked. Thank you!

It would be great if we could get synchronized breaks in all tournaments at the same time, 55 minutes after the hour.

Hi Replay support,

Not sure you can find the cause of this one, but in todays tournament the client logged out by itself. Making me lose the hand I was in.

The hand replayer, it replays in realtime. Imagine having multiple tables open and having to review a hand like this.

Preferred seat. When switching tables it puts you in a random spot, so I have to 'find' myself again.

Time bank. Having a minute of extra thinking time for difficult spots would be nice. Maybe speed up the regular timer to compensate, so it doesn't slow down the game to much.

hands on showdown, on showdown the hands disappear way to quickly. If there are multiple villains involved the cards are gone in an instant, making me have to use the replay tool.

That said I do like the rules explained on the different games. Games I never understood on pokerstars I know understand.

We are all poker players from the other sites, and we need to remember that this is where we are hosted to play, so we can all play together. Thanks for your suggestion. The breaks are tied to blind level duration. At Replay, the break cannot start during a blind level.

Can you please be more specific on the issue with the hand replayer? There's a lot to improve on it, but I want to make sure I log your feedback properly, so if you can explain more, I'd appreciate it.

Good evening, is something wrong with Replaypoker?
I can't log in to my Replaypoker account. I've changed my password several times, and I've also cleared and cleaned the navigator and changed the app, but the issue persists. Please help.

Thanks for replying and taking my suggestions to heart Kristine. I'll need to check for the tournament when I have my laptop again.

About the replay function. It now fully replays the hand, including thinking time. It would be much better if it either does all the actions right away or if there's a button to skip through the actions in the hand.

Another option would be seperate hand replayer like on GGpoker where you can see all the action of a previous hand in a single picture like this.

I don't know what's happening. I did it as if I wanted to reopen a new account with the same email, and the funny thing is that my old account was opened without the usual registration steps. Anyway, I hope that the same problem doesn't happen again.

Today, September 22, 2025, I was playing CardsChat's Free Platinum game and was suddenly removed from the table and taken back to the beginning.
When I tried to log in again, I couldn't. The message that appeared was that my login email was incorrect.
I only have this email.
It has remained the same since I registered.
What happened?
I don't know. I contacted support and am waiting for a response.
My question: has anyone else experienced this same problem?

I haven't had that problem.... many other problems with Replay but not that one,
