Good day 888 rep. It is I nomahoners. I tried emailing support a couple times and it comes back undelivered. Could you please post the email I should use. It is a sports book issue, specifically, I wagered on April 25th that the Abottsford Canucks were old win the Calder Cup which they did on June 23rd. My bet still shows open. Just trying to figure out what the delay to pay is all about.

I am experiencing issues with my 888 account. For some reason, I am unable to redeem my gold tokens or take part in any of the promotions, such as "free spin", where I get this message when I try to take part (see image below).

I am having a problem withdrawing funds. For some reason, none of the withdrawal methods are available to me, although a week ago I withdrew money to my skrill account without any problems. Now there are no withdrawal methods available. I made a deposit using Skrill, but it didn't help, and the withdrawal methods are still not available. Please help me solve this problem. It seems like you're not the only one with problems with Skrill, it looks like they want to remove this withdrawal method completely.

Hello dear Rep.

On the mobile App there is a bug. When I click on the lobby of a tournament it does not show how many players are paid. I marked it with a red arrow for you to see. It's already for a long time. I have to click everytime on the next tab and scroll down to really see how many are paid and it's kind of annoying like that. Please fix this.

I recently moved and spontaneously decided to update my information on the poker sites I play. All the sites accepted and updated my address without any issues except for 888. I only have an internet bill in my name at the new address. Therefore, 888 does not accept my proof of address, and I cannot make withdrawals even with a recent deposit in LUXON. I do not have a contact to whom I can send the proof, and they do not give me any concrete response. ...

I submitted a withdrawal request to my Skrill account on 24 July, but the funds have not yet been credited to my account. The status of my request is currently - "Awaiting process".
I wrote to customer support at two email addresses ([email protected]) and ([email protected]), but it has been five days and I still haven't received a response. I didn't even receive a notification that my case was being reviewed. Please try to help me resolve this issue.

I made a deposit before submitting a withdrawal request. I made the deposit on 22 July. Then, on 24 July, I submitted a request to withdraw funds to my Skrill account.
And now they are asking me to make another deposit?

Confirmation number is 855296712671
This is the payment request number for which the problem arose. Please provide them with this number so that they can investigate the situation in detail.

I did receive an email telling me they were looking into my rakeback issue but i could not reply to that email and now its been another 4 or so weeks with no further response . Im assuming my issue just doesnt matter and has been forgotten about again. Id love it if you could prove me wrong. YOurs sincerely

888 Poker is a scam, many have had their payment methods closed, their money stolen, and for Ukraine there is nowhere to withdraw except Skrill, banks block the card.
