Are these the players who played there with you? Or are they some of the ones you think might be involved in suspicious activity?
fwiw, I just checked these tables (10nl SNAP & 25nl SNAP... I play on them occasionally as well) & one of these players was on the table... sitting with 60bb's & seemed like a rookie.
Most of the names on that list look to be regulars playing on multiple sites. (ie. CrunkPIMP began on Stars in 2007)

I received an email from 888 about a ticket I received for reading south. I was asked to fill in a form asking for ID and sign it. I was suspicious so I asked if they were really from 888 and if they could prove it.
I received a phone call from them and they had plenty of information on my account to prove themselves as legit and even gave me a $22 ticket.
I am intending on filling out the application/form tomorrow as it seems legit.
Anyone know about this?

The recent software update seems to be getting hung up on my computer... and I'm not sure why?? This happened about a week ago.
I tried un-installing the software and then re-installed and I was able to get on to the site and played a bunch of hands. And then played again the following day with no problems at all.
Today it did the same thing again... stated there was a new update that I had to do, and after I did it I got this message again.

It only happens for me after attempting to install 'newer version of software download'. But after I un-install and re-install it works again... for a couple days and then it happens again.

Wouldn't it have been an ICM chip chop? And if so, wouldn't it be advantageous to the Top 10 players due to the structure of that tournament being so ridiculous fast UBER EXTRA HYPER-TURBO? OR... did everyone get the same amount?
Crazy that the software updates(?) seem to keep making the site less stable.

I have the same problem, I spoke to an agent on live chat, they asked me to take a selfie with my document, I sent it, however, it left the chat and I can't log in anymore... it's horrible, 888 needs to improve support urgently, it takes a lot of work to verify an account, it's very stressful and frustrating!!!

my account's been disabled randomly, seemingly to prevent me from withdrawing my money or something... It says it is temporary and that an email has been sent to me... Hi 888 poker support - Ive been having issues regarding rakeback and have had an ongoing complaint unanswered in over 6 months . Can you please see what you can do to help me here ? account : noodeloo complant/escalation ref dated august 2024 : 240819-001399. ive been told multiple time by agents that the matter is being resolved but they still wont answer my questions. Why are the promotions seemingly broken for me - the auto generate system doesnt seem to apply to my account unless i play HIGH stakes with buy ins of over $55. The early bird promotion gets applied randomly to my account and other offers like play blasts and get rakeback dont seem to be paid to me despite requesting it in chat with agents and trying to complain about it. I dont understand why there isnt anywhere i can email so i can have an email chain of communication because everything in chat seems to get forgotten about and dusted under the carpet- i keep going in endless circles with it. Thankyou for looking into it .
