login problem in 888

When I try to log into my account on my computer, the following error is displayed:


I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling - didn't help. Are there those who have experience with similar error? How did you solve this problem? Thanks in advance for the helpful answers!

When this happens to me, I restart my computer and it goes back to normal.

I had this problem. But the next day, everything was working fine, I didn't actually do anything.
I did almost nothing ....... I contacted the support team. As usual, they answered me in about 3 days. They wrote that they see that my problem is no longer relevant

Yes, I still can't play from the PC version. I have tried almost everything: reinstalled on another hard disk, made an exception for antivirus, launched the application as administrator, even activated Windows. Nothing helped anyway.

Thank you so much for your reply! I want to add that I had this problem happen when I had my lights out and my computer restarted. I hope when 888 update their application for the PC version, I will be able to play from my computer again.

Today my 888 App had an error with the shortcut, I had to reinstall the app
