Look some Poker Videos of Streamers (youtube, Twitch) and you will get a glimps.
Mostly only VPIP, PFR, 3-bet, and attempt to steal, without any positional information.
You have to put together the ends of those infos.
You can download hand histories and import them to your tracker, but they are anonymized.
But with a bit (or much) of work, you can work out notes in the tracker and add them to the Notes System of GG.
This can be done through the PokerCraft Tool (GG´s own tracker). Here you can filter (premade selection by GG PokerCraft) by Game type, date, then hand played, and you get real names to enter notes because you get a table view.
No EV, only for tournaments you get an ICM calculation of your stack displayed at the table (when ITM, or at the FT).
