What has changed is that there has been no poker on this site for a long time. I also have some money with them and I can't withdraw. They removed Luxon as a deposit-withdrawal option. They write to use crypto. I haven't tried it yet because I don't know much about crypto. In addition, they write to fully verify my account if I want to withdraw more than $100, even though I have had it verified for several years.

I have a similar problem with a slightly smaller amount. I keep getting offers from them with various promotions, but when I send them requests for payment, there is silence. Zero response. And it has been like this for almost two years.

nope. I got an email a couple of weeks ago out of the blue from them, saying I had some funds there and needed to provide documents etc. and that I would get a ticket to a special tournament.
obviously I didn't answer and I didn't do anything.
maybe in a couple of years they'll send me a similar email
