They blocked my account and asked me to change the password to unlock it. However, I've been trying to change the password for a month now, but the email with the code hasn't arrived. Unfortunately, I can no longer play at this casino.

Try sending an email to [email protected] so they can resolve your issue.

Do u use gmail? I had a similar problem on another room.
