What should I do if I was blocked for multi-account in coin because this error occurred when I learned to play poker but when I had constant withdrawals they blocked me what should I do?

General bankroll management suggests that you should never invest more than 1% of your bankroll, which would mean that you can only play buyins up to 50c for tournaments or maybe occasionally also $1.

But yes, I totally agree that the ACR late registration is super long

If you didn't use those previous accounts while playing with the one that's blocked, you can try to use that as an argument.
If you did, it will be impossible for them to release the account again.

I would recommend little by little with direct prizes or add some freerolls, if you can find them.

Usually multi-accounting is only an issue if more than one account is playing at the same time. Waiting until you're withdrawing to find it as a reason to ban you is just a sign of a garbage site.

Almost all sites very explicitly state, that each player is only allowed to have one account. There are many reasons for this, and its not only to prevent people from entering the same game with multible accounts and collude with themselfes.

Not saying that it isn't an issue, but there are ways to handle it that has better optics than waiting to do it when the player starts withdrawing money.

They probably not have resources to monitor every account, especially on low limits. So they do some checks when people try to get their money out.

Exactly. Especially if no significant deposits were ever made, but the balance(s) build up largely from freerolls, daily freebees or whatever.

I think after what happened, and since both accounts were involved, it’s unlikely they’ll unblock it.
My advice would be to switch to another site and avoid making the same mistake again.

Multiaccounting is bad, because it is usually exploited for fraudulent behavior. Hopefully you'll be able to explain to their tech support that it was not the intent here, I'm not really sure how good are they at handling specific cases like this one. If not, I guess you'll have to find another room to play at and try not to multiaccount there, because nothing can be hid from the banhammer forever.
