Have you verified that you're not in a banned jurisdiction by ACR? They made some changes a while ago and blacklisted more countries:

Unfortunately I can't verify if Serbia is in the list since the URL doesn't load for me as I'm in a restricted country.
If Serbia is not in it, than it's a different issue and maybe someone else might be able to assist you once they see the thread. 👍🏻

Hi!! What does support say?? I'm from Ukraine, and AСR is not officially represented here, just like pokerstars, and I asked support directly if my country is on the list. I am encountering this error code for the first time.

It does not seem like, Serbia is on the list. That being said I dont think, I have even seen a player from Serbia on ACR Poker. I have also never seen "error code 500", so no idea what it means. Maybe OP could try to uninstall the poker client/App and then install again?

I've never seen that pop-up before.
I've played/watched cash games with Serbian players.
I've also played/watched cash games with Australian and Swedish players. I know that those who signed up before the restrictions in their countries can continue to play in WPN rooms.
German players, however, were not given this option.

A 500 error means the site cannot connect with you for some reason,
.... so things to check are if your firewall or anti virus is blocking the site,
if your poker program is fully updated or running an old out of date version,
you can also try uninstalling and reinstalling Acr, clear cookies, files, cache etc.,
