These problems have been going on for two days after the next software update. I hope this problem will be resolved soon. In the meantime, play in freerolls, at least it doesn't carry any risk.

I had these glitches too, and I even thought I wouldn't be able to register for our freeroll. But somehow, when the lobby reappeared, I managed to do it.

Not really sure how a malfunctioning site can cause you to lose money? I would think, its the other way around, since you cant play, when the site malfunction?

Either there is a huge queue or these are signs of fraud. Gentlemen, look at their 303 pages of requests! And draw conclusions so as not to stand in line behind me.

My time bank doesn’t start in tournaments, I just sit out and that’s it.

888 has always been the buggiest site, with the worst support. Too bad, because it has a lot of great things about it.

Every software update on this site is a disaster. I don't know if it's because the process is so complicated or the programmers are so inexperienced, but every time it sucks.
I love 888, it's a great site, but their software, their support team, and the withdrawal process (which takes several days) cancels out all the good things about the site.

The site is quite large and popular, so it might not handle the load well during peak hours. As for the slots, they’re provided by various providers that are featured in many online casinos, so there’s also a high load on the servers there.

This poker room has problems with displaying tournaments in the lobby, but I think it happens during peak periods when there are a lot of players logging in at the same time. Nevertheless, I have to thank the 888 technical team for solving such problems efficiently.

I'm not sure if it's the same as you have been experiencing but sometimes for no reason whatsoever I get the message my pw is wrong even though I have the remember pw box ticked, usually the reset pw link works fine but a couple of times I have had to message support, in my experience they have alsway replied promptly and gotten me back into my account.

I've had this problem before, but I managed to solve it by restarting the PC, and a second time by uninstalling and installing it again.

Yes Martin, same problem over and over again.
While in Casino, and I start winning, then it spins out of control and I am told to close the game. ERROR # ... so...and...so....
Last week it got so bad, I could not log into my account. After changing my password again, when I finally got in: I could not Sign into CC freerolls.
I could not Sign into any of my free tickets.
Anyways, I have not bothered with 888Poker for over a week now and I even uninstalled their software.

I’m not sure what happened in your case, but personally, I haven’t had any major issues with them.
Even when they blocked my access to the sportsbook, I was still able to withdraw all the money I had made from both sports betting and poker.
