Wow. Now that is the kind of mansion that also looks homey , cosy. The lack of pool however in the middle of the desert is curious. Which is why I wonder if he's up for negotiation , If he'd accept 50k I could wire it in the morning lol. This is a joke of course, hope nobody takes offence.

I've always liked Crowe movies. And I think it's cool that Poker is gaining space in the movies. A pity that by the synopsis of the film Poker is being associated 'again' with things like scams, cheats, betrayals and the like. I would like to see, one day, a film that associates Poker with nobler issues, such as overcoming, self-control and discipline. Who knows one day! Until then, I'm going to watch Crowe's movie for sure!
As for the house, someone said it doesn't have a pool... Well, just because it doesn't appear in the picture doesn't mean it doesn't. The text even talks about a 'wet bar'. I believe it is a swimming pool too. Must stay in one of the closed environments of the house. As I am a frugal person I will not buy. But what did you want...

While we are on the subject of movies...

It's hard to imagine a poker (kinda) movie that is boring and unwatchable, but The Card Counter starring the usually wonderful Oscar Isaac (great in Moon Knight) is exactly that.

A 'wet bar' simply denotes there is a sink in the bar space. You'll struggle to swim in there unless it's a really big sink or you are very, very small..!

What you are thinking of is known as a 'swim-up' or 'pool' bar. That is a very different affair to a 'wet bar', unless you are about the size of a cute little hedgehog!

Do you honestly think estate agents dealing with multi-million dollar properties would overlook mentioning a pool?

Will, of course, watch the film but suspect it will be more focused on the thriller/suspense/drama of the plot than any kind of poker strategy, subtleties or nuances.

After I breakthrough I'll get involved in a decent poker cinema project to finally compete with Rounders, don't worry CC, we shall have another half decent poker movie someday!
