Nice to see - from a winner on the turn to a loser (or should I say whiner) on the river.

Hand has nothing to do with a one outer as the money went in preflop. The runout does not matter in this case. QQ was a actually a slight favourite.

Must be the first time those commentators saw someone losing a coinflip lol.

I seen this while it was being aired, i just knew he'd be walking away moaning he'd gotten 2 outed but when he see's this back and it's a 1 outer it's gunna needle him even more.

GG to him for the attempt.

Also just a question while I'm here, if you've been watching the main event you'll have noticed the comments regarding bad A/C, how bad of a hot sweaty halls is effecting everyone? I've seen a few who have just wanted to be put out to get out of the situation due to it.

The runout had everything to do with it. Seeing Phil when he hit the King on the turn... followed by the Queen on the river, lol.

Going all in before the bubble with AK when he could have folded for a second time.
This is the real reason why he is a great player.

As others have said, this is not even a bad beat, since the chips went in preflop, and Phil was only ever ahead on the turn. But of course in Phils situation we are always very happy, when a K or A hit the turn and then disappointed, when a Q hit the river. But in reality it does not matter, what the equities are on the flop and turn, when there is no action.
